Photosposse Editing Services – Terms & Conditions (2026)

Photosposse is a brand operated by MAHA ASIA MEDIAWORKS (202403000462).

Welcome to Photosposse. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Service Agreement

• Upon placing an order, the client agrees to provide all required files, references, and instructions necessary for the editing process.

• The scope of work, deliverables, and timeline will be confirmed and agreed upon before work commences.

2. Payments

• Full payment is required before any editing work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payments are to be made via Shopee unless an alternative payment method has been mutually agreed upon in advance.

• Orders will only be scheduled after payment confirmation.

3. Editable Files & Access Charges

• Requests for editable files, project files, source links, or working links are subject to additional charges.

• Fees depend on the file size, software used, and complexity of the project.

• Editable files are not included by default unless explicitly stated in the quotation.

4. Add-On: Editing Screen Recording

• Screen recording of the editing process is available as an optional add-on.

• Recordings are provided for transparency, learning, or content purposes only.

• Screen recordings do not include proprietary presets, plugins, or confidential workflows unless otherwise agreed.

• Files will be delivered in a standard video format after project completion.

5. Revisions Policy

• Each project includes up to 5 revisions.

• Revision requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the edited draft.

• Additional revisions beyond the included limit will incur extra charges.

• Major changes outside the agreed scope are considered a new request.

6. Turnaround Time

• Standard turnaround time is 2–3 working days, depending on project complexity.

• Rush orders may be accommodated upon request and are subject to additional fees.

• Delivery timelines may be affected by delayed feedback or late submission of materials.

7. Client Responsibilities

• The client confirms that all submitted materials are original or legally owned/licensed.

• Photosposse is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or legal issues arising from client-provided content.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• All client files are treated as strictly confidential.

• Files are stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

• Completed project files may be deleted upon request after delivery.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Orders may be canceled before editing begins.

• Once work has started or files have been delivered, refunds are not applicable, except in cases of verified service failure.

• Partial refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Photosposse shall not be held liable for:

• Any loss, damages, or claims resulting from the use of edited content

• Errors overlooked after client approval

• Clients are advised to review all final outputs carefully before public or commercial use.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

• Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
